Service

nitroping is a push notification API. You bring your own APNs / FCM / VAPID credentials and pay us to relay messages on your behalf. We don't read message bodies; we don't sell or share them. Your customers' device tokens are stored encrypted at rest.

Acceptable use

• No unsolicited messages (anti-spam — your customers must opt in).
• No illegal content, no targeted harassment.
• Respect Apple, Google, and Mozilla rate limits and content policies — we relay your traffic but you're the sender of record.

Billing

Plans are monthly or yearly. Send caps are per calendar month, summed across all your apps. Overage = the API returns 429 quota_exceeded until the next cycle or your plan upgrade lands. Cancel any time in the panel; no proration on partial months.

Uptime

We aim for 99.9% monthly. We're a small operation on a single-region single-node k3s cluster — outages happen. No SLA credits in the current pricing tiers; if uptime matters for your business, talk to us about a custom plan.
